By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2 Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process through:
- The AiroSystem iOS mobile application
- Account, cloud, and support systems used to operate the Service
- Connected AiroSystem hardware and wearables used with the App
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or practices of Organizations using AiroSystem to manage their own clients or members.
3 Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
3.1 Account and Identity Information
When you register or sign in, we collect:
- Email address
- Password (stored and processed in hashed form through our authentication provider)
- Email verification status
- Authentication identifiers and session tokens
If you contact support, we may also collect the contents of your support requests.
3.2 Profile Information
If you choose to provide it, we may collect:
- First and last name
- Display name
- Profile photo
- Age
- Gender
- Height
- Training or wellness goals
3.3 Health, Fitness, and Session Data
When you use the Service with connected equipment or during workouts, we may collect:
- Heart rate
- Blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂)
- Workout duration, timestamps, and session metadata
- Protocol names and training session details
- Valve or equipment event data associated with a session
- Derived summaries, reports, and analytics shown in the App
Important: This information is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. It is collected to provide training and performance features within the Service.
3.4 Device and Technical Information
We may collect information about Authorized Equipment and your mobile device, including:
- Device identifiers associated with AiroSystem hardware
- Bluetooth device name and connection status
- Firmware version
- Device registration date and last-seen timestamps
- Wi-Fi configuration status where applicable
- Mobile device operating system and app version
- Diagnostic or debug logs if you submit them for support
3.5 Organization and Role Information
If you participate in an Organization, we may collect:
- Organization membership and role (for example, owner, administrator, trainer, or client)
- Invitation and onboarding status
- Organization application information if you request to create or join an Organization
- Workout, protocol, assignment, and progress data shared within that Organization according to your role
3.6 Legal Acknowledgments
We may store records showing that you accepted in-app legal notices, including:
- Disclaimer or activity agreement version accepted
- Date of acceptance
3.7 Usage and Preference Information
We may collect information about how you use the Service, including:
- In-app settings and preferences
- Notification preferences where available
- Optional analytics or product-improvement data if enabled
4 How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage your Account
- Authenticate users and protect account security
- Connect the App to Authorized Equipment
- Record, store, and display workout and biometric session data
- Provide reports, protocols, training paths, and organization features
- Operate invitations, memberships, and role-based access controls
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service
- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
6 Bluetooth, Permissions, and Device Access
The App may request permission to use Bluetooth to connect to Authorized Equipment and maintain active sessions, including background connectivity when needed for ongoing workouts.
You can control many device permissions through your mobile device settings. If you disable required permissions, some features may not function.
7 Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Service
- Maintain your Account
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
When you delete your Account through the App:
- We delete or deactivate your Account credentials and associated personal profile data under our control
- We remove or deactivate Organization memberships linked to your Account
- Some workout or Organization records may remain accessible to the Organization you trained with, where those records were created in an Organization context
- Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted
8 Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your Account and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive a copy of certain information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
You can delete your Account from within the App. You may also contact support@airosystem.com to request access, correction, or deletion assistance.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.
9 Account Deletion
You may initiate account deletion in the App by going to your account settings and following the account deletion flow.
When deletion is completed:
- You will lose access to your Account and associated personal data stored under your Account
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Some Organization-held records may remain with the Organization as described above
10 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including authentication controls and cloud infrastructure provided by reputable service providers.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
11 International Users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Those countries may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
12 California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
