  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, destination and is included in the purchase price.

Delays

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement by contacting our customer support. After 48 hours, the order may have already been processed and making cancellation no longer possible. At which point, refund status begins.
